Yes indeed it did help with my generalized muscle weakness in CFS. In 2009 it was through consistent trial and error that I stumbled across WHEY PROTEIN.
At this point I was like a rag doll that came to life with each whey protein ingestion. It is very quickly absorbed into our muscles. I also found out by default that larger doses of whey protein managed to lift 2 years of heavy brain fog.

At that time whey protein was essential to initiate muscle action in generalized muscle weakness during CFS, but a few years later it did absolutely nothing whatsoever to sustain repetitive muscle use of specific muscles during myasthenic weakness.
