Thanks, Mrs. D, I've replied to her. I cannot believe - well, yes I can - that they mocked her while she was lying on the floor, unable to move or breathe well. OMG!!! Where has the level of our humanity sunk to?

I understood what she was saying just fine!

She writes better English than I do Italian... I agree that is horrible, and frankly quite disgusting, the way she was treated in hospital. Even if they thought it was all psycho-somatic that's no way to treat anybody.
