I can't say I even begin to understand this sentence. No food has all the vitamins and minerals that our body requires. Fortification of foods (which is again controversial) is meant to correct nutritional deficiencies which are common in the modern society.

I have watched (some of it) and can't say I have learned much.
I definitely did not receive an intelligent or convincing answer as to why you need to have enzymes in your food.
I mostly learned that (unfortunately) there are people who write on the wall "except miracles" give a pretty good stand up comedy, present themselves as educated medical professionals (when they are clearly not) and present themselves as superior in knowledge and efficiency to the medical profession.
I am more than ready to have a serious discussion and learn from those who do have better knowledge than me.
I am more than ready to learn from patients about their personal experiences.
I am not ready to listen to demagogic nonsense of those taking advantage of people who are ill.
Did you ever ask yourself how much money this guy makes from selling "miracles" ?
