I do not understand how they could possibly have sent you home and on a long journey as well.
Sounds very daring of them not to have sent you to hospital and put you under observation until your appointment in 3 days time.

Keeping fingers crossed that they keep you in on Monday until they find out some answers and that your parents can be insistent on your behalf.
