Yes, a video would be a good thing to have. And a doctor visit. Do you think she could be jerking and having tremors from sheer exhaustion from the effort of traveling from bedroom to kitchen? Some kinds of involuntary jerking are called myoclonus, you could Google it and see if that's close enough to what your mom is experiencing to ask your doctor about.
