I have had a kind of neck stiffness for several years. In order to look to the extreme left or right I could turn my head maybe 45 degrees but would have to rotate my body the rest of the way. I just assumed it was beginning arthritis. Since I've been on Mestinon I have noticed that I can now turn my head completely left or completely right with no problems whatever! Has anyone else experienced this?
