Does anybody take Creatine and do you think it is beneficial?

If you decide to do creatine, start slowly. Some people get severe muscle cramps from it.

Also make sure your kidney functions are good. You might have to call the doctor's office and see what your last tests were, just to be safe.

And thirdly, keep well hydrated, drink lots of water, and avoid diuretic type drugs/caffeine, alcohol etc.

Some of our PD members take it, but I haven't seen them last long on it though. I think it is hard to deal with once you get that cramping, you'll rethink the idea, IMO.
