Default Having doubts...

I just wanted to tell you...

Having sat on it for a week and read up on the various research of Athlete's Overtraining Syndrome, something doesn't feel right.

I can't find anything anywhere that says you would get any of the symptoms that I have with AOS.

I have been trying a pacing program and it has made me frustrated, unhappy and more weak.

I have no idea what to do.
