If there is the slightest chance that exercise could make you worse, don't do it. Do like everybody else. Sit down. Eat a doughnut. Maybe some chips. Please put your exercise program aside.

If you actually have MG, the exercise will make you worse. I cannot hold up for much exercise. I will simply fall down.

Please don't exercise.
