Hi there, I know pednisone can cause insomnia.
I have this "problem": I'm tired all day, but in the evenings it's always less. I used to have real sleepingproblems (2 hours sleep max, which wasn't enough, but I just couldnt get to sleep) but I was on a much higher dosage. I know some people take it in the morning and evening, and some take it in the evening. I take it around 10 am, but I don't understand this problem with my biological clock: I want to sleep all day, and when it's bedtime I get muchmore awake. Do you guys know if taking it in morning and evening (half dosage of course) will help? |
