Default "Re"Loading Dose of IVIG?

How many of yall have done repeat loading doses of IVIG after a while? It’s been 2 years since I had my loading dose and I go every 3 weeks now.. should probably be sooner, but it’s hard to do it every 2 weeks.. In the beginning IVIG made a HUGE difference, it was amazing, and now it helps, but not like it used to – would a loading dose help “boost” it all? Thanks and I Hoep everyone is doing well!!

I've done it in the past, but an increase in the maintenance dose seemed to work better.

I get loading dose (2g) every 3 weeks since May...also take prednisone and cellcept but ivig at this dose is only thing that has provided any real or at least notable improvement. I think i could use more often but believe it is considered too risky to do any more frequently

Note i get octagam 5% (since dec 2012) takes 9 hours each of 2 days every 3 weeks and have not had any significant side effects.

I go 2 days every 2 weeks, ( get 85 on day 1 and 80 on day 2) never do see any difference or improvement, but they tell me I must go..
