Default Diet

Do any of you know of a website or have any information to what a MGer should eat and should avoid. One chiro said to eat this. another said no, that is not what to eat. It makes it worse. Has anyone had an issue with their diet and how it affects them. I am really at a lose and so confused. Do any of you ever go to a someone who can give you a list. I appreciate any help you can give me on this.
