What are people talking about when they say their nose is myasthenic?

I've never heard of this before, but I do get a droopy nose...it makes my upper lip stick out more, almost feel swollen.. I look like I snarl when I smile when this happens... I've also had the nasal speech when symptoms get bad - not sure if that is what they are talking about either.. hopefully someone else with more insight will chime in

The reason that I asked is because I have had (for a long time) terrible trouble with my nose stopping up, I can't smell stuff, and I sound nasal. This occurs sporadically. My ears also stop up and my doctor has said that the ear thing is related to MG. I can for sure say that the ear thing happens when I am tired and "used up".

oh yes, the ear thing drives me batty!! When I am getting weaker, It's like the back of my throat doesn't work quite right, swallowing is affected, nasal voice happens and the ears feel so stopped up - like Eustachian tube dysfunction.. that can be so irritating. I definitely think it's all related!
