Default Interesting article for seronegative MG'ers
I found this letter to the editor in the Cleveland Clinic Journal of Medicine responding to an article on Myasthenia Gravis that was published this past November. As a patient with seronegative and EMG negative MG, I am grateful to my neurologist for treating me based on a clinical presentation of MG.

The MG letter is on page 2.

Thanks dr posting the PDF, Catie.

There are so many seronegative MGers suffering and then being told it is all in their head. Not sure why clinical symptoms are so often overlooked, particularly those that have such a neg impact on activities of daily living.

I'm pleased to see this getting air time!

So there is hope that maybe some day in the future I can add a positive MG diagnosis to my already long list of ailments!

Diagnosed with:
Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome,Post Prandial Hypotension, Orthostatic Intolerance, Arrythmia, unstable blood pressure, severe autonomic nervous system dysfunction ,Ehlers Danlos Syndrome Type 3,Gastroparesis,IBS,Hidradenitis supprativa
And Myasthenia is still a possible diagnosis depending on which Dr I see.

They found a new antibody to diagnose Myasthenia, for at least some of us seronegatives. I tested negative for the AcTh and MuSK, but I have not been tested for this one.. guess I should get in line! I have no diagnosis, despite many of the symptoms, most of which have thankfully settled now (thanks to daily Kundalini yoga, I believe!). Check out the article below:
