Default Swollen feet

A week ago I overdid my activity. It was an evening out at a festival. But for the following 2 days I was of course paying for it. So far nothing unusual.

But at the point when I would normally have been feeling a bit better, I was, but my feet weren't. Tenderness from the arch to the ankle, and they started swelling. I have brought the swelling down now with 2 days of elevated feet resting... so unladylike. But the tenderness remains.

Has anyone else had swollen feet, interested to hear from you.
