A week ago I overdid my activity. It was an evening out at a festival. But for the following 2 days I was of course paying for it. So far nothing unusual.
But at the point when I would normally have been feeling a bit better, I was, but my feet weren't. Tenderness from the arch to the ankle, and they started swelling. I have brought the swelling down now with 2 days of elevated feet resting... so unladylike. But the tenderness remains. Has anyone else had swollen feet, interested to hear from you. |

Do you eat a lot of sodium? Even so, swelling of the feet implies some sort of circulatory issue, either with the blood or lymph system (or heart). Or it might be some form of an inflammatory disease, since it was bilateral. Did you try taking an anti-inflammatory such as Advil?
Have you ever had the RA test for arthritis? Any other inflammatory tests? It's not a sign of MG at all! I would consult with your primary doctor about it. Annie |
