Default Hypotonia and MG

I'm starting to question if my Neuro is heading in the wrong direction with MG. I was dealing with quite a bit of hypotonia right before my hospitalization and now a week after the last IVIg treatment my muscle tone has improved greatly. I've got pictures from before and took some of me calf muscles today and DANG! Everything I've found says MG does not cause hypotonia in adults. Is that correct?

Thanks in advance
Pam
