Default Can someone interpret these tests?

I don’t understand these tests results . And I had to jump through hoops to get a copy. Finally sicced my daughter on them. She’s like a dog with a bone, so she got them for me. Drs nurse was so rude, I will probably find a new neurologist. They are dragging their feet, while I feel worse. These tests were done on November 18.
Acetylcholine Receptor, Binding <0.30 neoliberals/L
Acetylcholine Receptor, Blocking <15
Acetylcholine Receptor, Modulating 9%. <32% inhibition
CK 27 U/L
Folate 17.10 by/mL
Vitamin B-12. 281 pg/mL

I do take vitamins and supplements and I started B-12 shortly before this blood draw. I’ve lost more than 10 more lbs since this test, for a total of over 30 lbs since September.
Also, I’m seeing rheumatologist at end of January, because I have Sjögrens and I’m pretty sure it could be a big part of the problem. But, Sjögrens doesn’t explain the chewing and swallowing problems.

Some of your labs can be looked up online for normal values. The Acetychhlomine ones may be rated by the lab where they were run. Is there an online site connected to your neurologist's office?

Unfortunately, not all neurologists are "pleasant". If your insurance allows, change until you find one you can trust.
