Hi Amzingeyes
Welcome to NeuroTalk . My understanding is that Keppra is commonly used to treat people with epilepsy rather than MG. The information about it here may help you. Keppra Uses, Dosage & Side Effects - Drugs.com All the best.

What medication for MG did your neurologist prescribe? Some meds should take effect in a half hour and some meds take a few months. Some meds don’t do a great job on eye issues. Please let us know. Jim

Mestinon usually takes effect in about a half hour. Did you have a MuSK test? (a blood test). Sometimes mestinon doesn’t work on eye issues. Jim
