Okay Irish lady. I myself have never tried timespan, but have heard it can be tricky. Currently I have not had to used any Mestinon at night. Glad to hear the plain Mestinon works for you at night.

I need to take something at night for 2 reasons. I'll still have some medication in my system when I wake up, at least I will if I wake up for the middle of the night pill. Plus when I don't take anything, I"ve found I'm more likely to "choke" on my spit. I'll wake up the next morning coughing like I do when I've swallowed down the wrong pipe. Doesn't happen every night, but happens enough that I need the Mestinon at night.
Hugs,
