sounds like your doing well and good luck with comming off the steriods that must help knowing your part of the way.
Stamfords quite nice i come from Jarrow i always say Newcastle tho as no one knows of jarrow ioften go back its great when everyone talks the same!!! love Holly Island Alnwick walking is good i'm trying to do more of it and less worrying
