Unhappy Oh, Kristie, I am so sorry!

Oh, sweetie! I am so sorry to hear you are feeling poorly...........

You just rest and get to the hospital if you feel like you can't breathe! Also, please, please, please do not drink anything carbonated! It may - only may- cause you to choke a little bit. I am not trying to scare you. I worry about you, though.

We are in the same boat. Last year I was sooooooo sick and weak! It does get better! It was so hard having no one listen to me.........

Do you have really low blood pressure? Mine is always really low - 90/60 or so....I don't know if it is MG related or what...all I know is that I can't stand it! My 16 yr old son, Devon has HIGH blood pressure 140/80 - and that really scares me. He has gone through so much with this stupid disease.

I feel so stupid being afraid of needles......after all I've enough blood work....but they still freak me out! The worst part is the PICC line, but this guy Jerry is the MASTER! He got it in in under 5 minutes! 5 minutes!

Feel better and please, please let your family take care of you! Just try and rest!

Erin

You know last night wasn't too bad. I was weak, but not my worst. Today though I haven't been able to do anything. I'm just too weak to do anything. Anytime I get up it gets harder to breath. As long as I sit I'm okay.

I didn't get to do the overnight oximetry test last night. My doc wants my husband to take my blood pressure when I'm having a very hard time breathing and do the test that night. I'm sure tonight will be the night with how I'm feeling right now.

That's so great that the nurses are so good to you at the hospital, it makes things much easier. It's not silly to be afraid of needles. I have to give myself a shot three times a week (for just over a year now) and I still can't handle the sight of a needle puncturing skin. It makes me sick to my stomach. I can't even stand to see it on TV.

It's funny I'm deficient on vitamin D so they say I should be in the sun more, but the sun sucks my energy in less than five minutes. I can literally feel the energy drain from me. I hope you get to enjoy a few minutes without that effect.

I'm sure you're getting excited to go get more energy again. I hope it all goes smoothly for you.

Kristie

Default You're so sweet

I'm sitting in a recliner relaxing. My husband is working at the fire department today and my parents are gone camping so I have to take care of the kids. But it's nap time and I really only have to get up to fix meals. Even though I want to be able to get up to play with them and clean the house.

Thanks for the heads up on carbonated drinks. I also choke on potatoes and bread. I actually have to be careful eating or drinking anything. Taking medicine can be a joke. I don't think I make it through a single day without choking at least once or twice, which as I'm sure you know, can be very scary.

I will make sure that if I can't breath I will go to the hospital. Don't worry about that. My husband is an EMT two of our friends are paramedics. Also my husband is a Fireman and it is true how close Fireman are. The department really is our extended family. Also we live in a small town and our neighbors are always there for us.

Oh and yes I do have low blood pressure. Not as low as yours mine runs 110/70 usually. It's been a little higher lately because my cardiologist put me on a high sodium high fluid diet to try and help with POTS.

Okay I'm getting too tired to type, talk to you later.

Kristie
