Another symptom I seem to be having post IVIG is the lack of taste. I can't really taste much of what I am eating. I am also constantly thinking I am hungry. Is this temporary in that it's only been a week?
Also seem to have a tingling at times in my lower arms and fingers. Taking the predisone seems to make this go away! So many stupid things going on here!!! ![]() |

I can't say I've ever had this symptom with IVIG.
Recently though I seem to have lost some of my sense of taste, and most of the food I eat seems to be very bland tasting. I mentioned it to my GP, but he didn't seem to worried. I may have to do some searching to see what I can find. Kate

Hi,
Could the hungry feeling come from the pred? I know my steroids have made me ravenous all the time. I've not experienced a lack of taste or tingling. Good luck figuring stuff out. ~Kathy Quote:

You're probably ravenous from the Prednisone. I gained a lot of weight the first time I took it. I'm not sure about the lack of taste problem. It may be a good idea to ask your neuro.
