Hey Pippi,

I sure understand what you mean about the weight gain & muscle tone. Do you think you could try something like yoga for beginners? I've been thinking about trying that myself. I've heard there are really good instructional DVD's so you can do it at home. I've been walking, but that might be too much for you. Hope this has helped.
