Default Walking on heels!

Hi
has anyone seen the footage on you tube with the mg sufferer being asked to do 30 steps on his heels and then 30 steps on tip toe?

Has anyone tried it? If I get really bored tonight I might give it a go!!LOL.

Sorry Im in one of those moods!
