Hey hon! I had terrible muscle spasms, but I was low on Pot, iron, and the like! Now I take 1800 mgs a day of calcium with vitamin D and potassium (500 mgs), PLUS I take iron and prenatal vitamins.........Now - voila! The spasms are gone!
