Default Question about reflex trigger point

Hi

Not sure if I'm in the correct forum. I was wondering where are reflex trigger points are. I know that doctors test our reflexes around the knees, ankles, wrists and forearm. Are there any around our neck area that cause the shoulder blade/shoulder area to move involuntarily? I was getting a neck massage and he touched a trigger point that made my shoulder blade/shoulder have a reflex that I've never seen before. So I asked him to tap that area and sure enough my shoulder blade/shoulder area had a reflex just like when doctors tap on our knees. Is this normal? If not what is this condition called?

The term I should be using is for the Trapezius area... would this area have a reflex point?
