In the navy when this problem occured, currently still in.
I have some questions about Traction Treatment, Laser treatment and any further treatments people were successful with. I need to avoid surgery at all costs, the pain is manage at my young age for me. I need help deciding what is the best path to follow and success stories please. Currently doing traction, its the worst feeling in the world after I get off that table but feels better later in the day. Is that common or a good sign that its getting better? Laser treatment feels great but is it only a cover up from the real problem. I have had a series of 4 injections in my back and currently waiting on get more. The first series wore off within a couple monthes of back to normal routine of diving and working out on a regular basis. I joined to find out more about this condition and see what kind of life style change I need to start to prolong surgery as long as possible. Thanks |
