Default nerve block

Wow now I am worried, in the beginning they said it was massive rotator cuff damage and the Subscapularis Tendon was the one they had to go back in and re-attach which is around the Brachial plexus which in the first surgery he had said it was right at that point where he would have to cut in instead of ortho but I think the ortho was the easy way out and then he put the second surgery down as a re-tear, again thanks for the info I had already sent a note off to my neurologist to see what he thinks, but I am not sure why we had to wait 7 months to do a mri to see whats wrong, thats 7 months of being a 1 1/2 armed bandit (per say) the therapy only gets you as far as range of motion via you other arm helping or they are moving it and then left on your own.
