Hello and Welcome to NeuroTalk, Lucky22!
 I'm sorry to hear that you have been diagnosed with RSD!  I've had RSD since I was 12 years old (am now 14) in my left leg and both arms so understand just how hard and painful it is to cope with. I see that Alffe has directed you to the RSD forum ... hope to see you there soon. There's many great people there who i'm sure will try and help in anyway they possibly can. If you want to talk, know that I am here for you. You're in my thoughts. Alison.
