Welcome to NT - where we seem to have experts on just about everything from depression to computers to gardening to recipes.

I hope you'll make yourself right at home once you've won the battle with your computer. I find it helps to yell loudly and give it a swift kick up the monitor. (You may have noticed that I am not among those who can give you any tech support.)
