Welcome

All those are good suggestions to try.

Do you have muscle spasms? trigger points?

I've found balls and a TheraCane can help with those.

Describe your day and night for us and maybe we can tell you some things to get to help you with your activities of daily living (ADLs) while you work on other things too.

It may take a while to get you going the other way, but we'll try.
