Hi Glenntaj,

Wow that was an interesting Web Site. Never heard of Diabetic amyotrophy.
Seems this fits the bill (hopefully)
I am trying my best to reduce my Blood Glucose and over the past 2 months gone from 346 (19.22 mmol/l) to 115 (6.3) with low medication and low carb diet.
I stopped my exercises on advice of my Dr till I had completed some tests to find any other reasons for the pains.
Most of the sites advocate exercise and the possibility that with good control the neuropathy will become easier.
I have a healthy mind and am not depressed over my Diabetis or pains just want to live a longer life.
Should have thought about that earlier.
