Red face Hi everyone...I'm a struggling b12 deficient (among other things) person..

My name is Deb. I came across this site and started reading after I found out I had a b12 level of 153. I was researching it, and started learning a whole lot.

I also have a TSH level of 645...my RBC count is low and I also have a pretty messed up neck due to a job related injury. Anyway, I am very happy to be around people who are going through the same things I am.

I found out my levels in July of this year, and have not been able to address them yet. I am now at the point of horribly burning feet, and going up my calf. I am already brain fog, balance problems, slurred speech, terrible leg pains.

I cannot follow a conversation too well as I cannot digest what is being said.. I go to the doctor tomorrow for the first time. I have not had insurance so I haven't gone. I am so thankful to finally be getting some help.

Although I also see from this forum to not expect too much in the way of help from doctors..Was wondering if anyone had any sugesstions on how to approach the doc? It seems I cry at the drop of the hat now. Don't want to go in there and "blow" my chance at treatment by them thinking I am a head case. I would appreciate any help before I go...

I am glad to be apart of this community. I have talked to CRYTEARS and she let me know what kind of b12 supplements to get. I am just waiting on them...
