I have been having various symptoms for 2 years now. I have had two surguries for degenerative disk disease. After continued problems with fatigue, vertigo, walking, light sensitivity, eye issues, depression, memory issues and other things, they repeated a brain MRI. My MRI show over 25 small white matter areas. They have diagnosis this as Cadasil. They are arranging for insurance approval to complete the genetic testing. This is a rare disease and just trying to research more information, particulary if there is any treatment. I have an appointment at Cleveland Clinic in January 2010.
