Default Just wanted to Introduce myself and Shawn

Hi everyone,

I am the father of an 8 yr old boy (Shawn) who was recently diagnosed with Mito Complex 4. We have been trying to figure this out for 8 years. amazing it took this long to get tested for this. We have always been told that he just has low muscle tone. He has been taking the Co-enzyme Q10 (we found some stores with flavored gummy versions) and next month we will be visiting Childrens Hospital Boston to see about the Mito cocktail.

I hope to get info and feedback from others that might have some insight or info to share on complex 4.

JFlynn

Welcome to NeuroTalk JFlynn and Shawn!!

I'm so glad you found us! There are lots of nice folks here as you'll see. I don't know anything about that condition but chances are there are others here who do.

I hope the treatment will help you to feel better Shawn!

Well, hello to you and a big hello to Shawn.

I am now going to look up Mito Complex 4 (I have never heard of this).

Just wanted to welcome you to our little corner of the world.

Hope you find some answers and meet some friendly folk.

Take care,

Melody
