I just found this message board. I have SIJD and am planning to have an injection on the right side next week. Has this helped anyone out there.
I also have myasthenia gravis of the vocal chords and eyes.. nothing else. First diagnosed because my voice went away for 6 months. After much testing by ENT's I saw a neurologist who diagnosed mg. Voice is pretty much controlled by mestinon.. diplopia with prednisone.

Welcome to NT, Daffy.

I'm sure that someone will be along to answer your specific question. Additionally, while we may be dealing with different health issues, we all understand how any serious illness can impact individuals are their families. We're here and happy to provide emotional support when you need it.
