Hi Paul & welcome to NT!

Like Wings said, there are no stupid questions here. Just because we have neuro issues, doesn't mean we don't want a lot of the same things as "normal" people. If you want a tat, talk to your doctor first. If you get the green light, seek out a professional artist who understands the situation and is willing to take as much time as necessary.

Just another caveat, make sure it's high quality ink. Inks with metal can make the giant magnent in an MRI a problem. OUCH!!!!!!!!!

Good Luck

Lightbulb

Most tattoos interfere with MRI testing.

If you have a neurological problem, getting a tattoo may make getting diagnostic testing impossible in the future.
