Wisest Elder Ever

No, the 400IU of D2 in vitamins is not nearly enough. That is the old dose.
Within the last 5 years, this has all changed. I take 5000IU daily in the winter, and none after June and start up again in early Sept. Over the past 5 yrs I have increased from 1000IU to 2000IU to 4000IU and now the 5000IU of D3 (which is over the counter). I am staying at this number indefinitely. Get the Vit D tested... you might be surprised! Very! Low D blood levels are connected to diabetes. Watch the videos I linked to, and see why.
