Smile algirl here interested in all chaning food problems

Due to our food changing so much it is hard to keep up to the side effects caused by all the ???? in it or how it is processed. like olive oil mixed with nut, soy and Greek oils, citric acid ( the corn one), wheat (the genetically altered one), chocolate and the emulsifiers, corn syrup and the proteins to process it, and all the preservatives, dyes, additives in food and drink. Have you had reactions that your sure, as much as you can be, are from a certain ........?
