Default Hello Char.

So very nice to meet you. Already you sound so friendly! I have also had much lower back trouble. Years ago I had a surgery for a ruptured disc. Last March I had fusion surgery. I had put it off as long as possible, but am so glad I had it done. Please fill me in more on your lower back issues. I don't know if I will be of help, but I for sure can give you a shoulder and tissue!
