Default RSI - New member

Hi,

I have had chronic RSI for over a year now. Been thru workers comp and now getting treatment outside of the "system'. I just posted a question in the RSI forums. I was referred here from the Sorehand board - someone who answered a question of mine.

I am looking for the following info:
What therapy seems to work for most to reduce or get rid of the symtpoms?

What types of jobs do people do with this? I notice my hand starts to get achey and hurt when I use it, picking up around hte house etc. Does this happen to anyone else? I also have tennis elbow so says the therapist. I got this from using a mouse at work too much.

Question about the psychological aspect that all the research talks about: Is this really true? I am not making up the pain or aches, stiffness and .. the coldness of my hand... but really? Does anyone feel this is a valid reason for this condition?

Basically just looking for help, answers and anything useful. I am located in the East Bay Area, CA.
