Confused PCS Help

My husband has recently been diagnosed with Post Concussive Syndrome. He was in a motorcycle accident 26 yrs ago where he ended up in a coma for 4 days and sent home after a week in the hospital with no follow up. Two years ago he started having severe symptoms of PCS. He is now not working due to the problems.

My question is, what is the outlook? Will he continue to get worse or will this stop. He forgets everything, is dizzy, has severe mood swings, and is very illogical at times. Does anyone have a clue??
