Default RA and occipital neuralgia

Hey everyone
Im 39 and have had RA for four years. Past 9 months I have been off Enbrel for infection. During that time I developed severe occipital neuralgia. I have had nerve blocks, freezes and radio frequency ablation. Nothing helps. I am still off RA med and my RA is high. My doctors dont seem to think there is a RA connection like I do. I will soon start Orenci which hopefully will help RA but was just wondering if any one else has gone through this.

Help from some one who has no life
Sarie
