 I'm so glad you came this way. We do understand here at NT about back pain. I've always said back pain is miserable pain. Can't sit, stand, lay, walk, ride, eat, climb, crawl, crouch, etc for any period of time. I think the secret is not to stay in one position too long. for me that was about 2 hrs. must change and do something else. Seemed to get by better shifting positions. You'll find lots of info here.
