Today I was searching on the internet a paintracking diary to begin logging my pain and degrees of symptons with my Fibromalygia and I came across this forum. I am new so I am unaware if the topics that I seeking shared information has been covered or not so please forgive me in advance if I ask way too many questions.

I live in Alabama and I am a 51 year old female who was diagnosed with Fibromalygia less than a year ago but I think I have had this in some degree for at least 3 years.

Thank you!

Rhonda
