Default Hello, it's great to see so many here!

I have been following this forum through all my surgeries I've had. So I wanted to join so just maybe I can get some answers I need or help someone who has a simular troubles, I hope all is well and that all is keeping a positive attitude. Sometimes through the pain it's hard to see the light!~ I've had spinal fusion l4-l5 l5-S1. many injections, nerve blocks and now new to the world of SCS which has been trouble for me till I turn it off .. I do have a thread about some pain I am having if anyone can help out! Thanks for having a forum to help people understand there not alone~ Many thanks ..
Shannon

Hi, Keepinbusy,
Welcome to our site. My surgeon wanted to to do a fusion on L5, but removed a herniated disk instead. I can't imagine how hard it is for you with so much more going on. I just wanted to pass on to you that there might be hope for pain relief.

I started "gentle back Care yoga" with the DR.s blessing. It helped me and I still do it! (most every night at home since 1993) In my heart I hope this just might help if your Dr agrees.
Here's a big huh from all of us!
