Default Post Concussion Syndrome

Hey all,

I have played sports most my life and I suffered many head injuries. I have had PCS for 3 years now but has been controlled by medicine for most of the 3 years. All of a sudden the last few months, it has came back and pretty bad. We are not sure why. I see a neurologist and been trying a lot. Im struggling with wanting to go to work and also actually working. The headaches are just so bad making it hard to concentrate and want to do anything. All I do now is rest, relax, sleep, and eat- Completely what I am not used too. Any thoughts, suggestions, or anyone else feel like this. I just feel that its hard to talk to people that do not have it bc they simply do not understand how we feel.

Thanks,
George
