Default Please Help with MRI Results on Brain

I had a MRI done on my brain without contrast on December 16th, 2010. SInce then I have lost my insurace due to some difficult circumstances..I had to go to my primary dr. to get the results but he really doesnt understand what is going on either.. I will post my results and hopefully someone will be able to help me out on what it means..I would like to say thank you in advance..This is what it says....

There is prominence of the choroid fissures bilaterally with the suggestion of volume loss involving the right hippocampus.Normal flow void are present within the intracanial, carotid and basilar arteries. No aneurysm is identified.A small focus of T2 signal is demonstrated in the region of the posterior aspect of the left ethmoid sinus which may represent a focal inflamed ethmoid bulla on the left. No paranasal sinus abnormality is identified. No temporal bone abnormality is present. The facial soft tissues demonstreated no significant finding..No calvarial abnormality is identified.

Impression: There are findings suggesting volume loss involving the right hippocampus.

Focal sub-centimeter focus of increased signal in the region of the posterior left ethmoid sinus. The finding is most likely the result of focal inflammation.
