Default I'm new to NT also.

I was wondering if you have ever heard of RDS? That is something you might want to ask your Dr. about. And I know that when my migraines are really bad, and I have to go into the hospital my right leg and my right side of my face goes numb. My Dr. said that was a side effect from my migraines. I am on NT because I am suffering from Post Concussion Syndrome.

No, I've never heard of RDS.

I'm not experiencing numbness. I'm experiencing a lot of loss of feeling/lessened sensations. I can't even feel my lips anymore or when I'm chewing food in my mouth... or if a hair gets pulled from my head, I can't feel it. I also can barely feel itching or reflexes.

Welcome,

Good you found this community of caring people.

So sorry you're suffering with a self-induced head injury.

I guess we all have self-induced something bad in our life, so don't beat up on yourself too much. You're having it hard enough.

I hope you find your way around the board. There's lots of postconcussion syndrome folks here that will offer you their experiences and try to help you with your struggles. They do understand how it is.

Here's a link to our post concussion syndrome :

Take your time and jump in where you're comfortable.
